Naaaaaah boleh nih dibaca untuk semua yang br mau mulai beraktivitas di gym...biar tetap di jalan yang benar dan gak kehilangan arah....semoga bermanfaat
1.You dont have any idea or schedule which body part you
want to train so you just switch from one machine to other.
2.Come on guys your blackberry will not scream if u not
touch it for just 1-2 hours...stay focus.
3.You just wasting your time if u have a chat with your
friends in the gym.you train for 2 hours but u chatting and jokes for 1 hour
and 30 minutes..so what u will get?
4.Gym is not just about how much weight u can lift...its
about form,momentum,repetition and weight.so dont u think u will be good if u
can lift heavy but u can do a right form and momentum.do a negative and a
positive...lift for 2 second and lower the weight for 2 second...try this and
your body will burn...form is everything...
5.Last thing is...supplement...supplement is not a magic pil
which is gave u exelent body mass.it just a supporting goods and its not a
subtitute of a solid food.if u think u can be bigger just to consume a
supplement u just one step closer to self distruction....
